    YOGA CLASSES

    ​Useful Information

    ​

    • Please arrive a few minutes early so you are settled to begin your class.
    • Wear loose comfortable clothes that you can move easily in. Track pants or leggings are ideal.

    • Please do not eat a meal before your yoga class, this can make it a very uncomfortable experience!  A light meal is okay i.e. light soup or sandwich, or a peice of fruit beforehand.  Ideally nothing to eat for 2/3 hours before class.
    • It is advisable to bring a water bottle with you, especially if it is warm weather.

    • Please bring a mat (if you have one), blanket and cushion for your own comfort.  A blanket is important so you can stay warm during the practice of Yoga Nidra at the end of class.
    • Please turn off your mobile phone, or turn to silent, before class.

    • If you have any medical conditions please let me know before hand.  If there any changes to your health during the term please let me know.
