- Please arrive a few minutes early so you are settled to begin your class.
Wear loose comfortable clothes that you can move easily in. Track pants or leggings are ideal.
- Please do not eat a meal before your yoga class, this can make it a very uncomfortable experience! A light meal is okay i.e. light soup or sandwich, or a peice of fruit beforehand. Ideally nothing to eat for 2/3 hours before class.
It is advisable to bring a water bottle with you, especially if it is warm weather.
- Please bring a mat (if you have one), blanket and cushion for your own comfort. A blanket is important so you can stay warm during the practice of Yoga Nidra at the end of class.
Please turn off your mobile phone, or turn to silent, before class.
