About Yoga Classes

All classes are taught in a holistic approach, addressing the body's needs and bringing it back to balance. 

Each class includes Asana(postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and/or Meditation.

Currently there is much stress in our busy lifestyles.  Stress can manifest in the body and mind in multiple ways from high blood pressure, increased anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, insomnia, digestive problems, to name just a few.

Yoga offers practical solutions to address these challenges, strenghtening the body and mind, building resilience and equanimity and increasing our sense of health and wellbeing. The practices of yoga also encourage and develop greater flexibility, mobility, improve posture, correct unhealthy breathing patterns, remove toxins from the body and release blocked energy.

There is no criteria to practicing yoga, your age, health or state of fitness is immaterial - everyone can benefit from yoga.
